Refund Policy for Neszi Supply Hub

At Neszi Supply Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of laptops and computer products, our refund policy is as follows:
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
2. Faulty Products
- Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery for defective laptops or computers
- The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Upon verification, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty
3. Non-Faulty Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not faulty.
4. Warranty Handling
All laptops and computers are covered under manufacturer warranty where applicable. Issues after 24 hours will be handled through repair or service centers.
5. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Physical damage or misuse
- Liquid or electrical damage
- Software issues caused by the user
- Accessories unless stated otherwise
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where:
- The product is out of stock after payment
- An order cannot be fulfilled
In such cases, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
